Rodney Wild, Ph.D., Owner – Currently the head coach at Chugiak High school and assistant coach with the Midget A Junior Avalanche. Coach Wild, a former UAA player, has 23 years of coaching experience, and a doctorate degree in sport psychology.

Reid McDonald, Head Instructor – Coach Mac has 17 years of hockey school experience. A former Junior “A” coach, Reid played four seasons with the Michigan Tech Huskies of the WCHA.  Coach Mac is heavily involved in player development at the youth level, currently coaching the Mustang Squirt B team.

Eric Troisi – Coach Troisi assists with the Junior Avalanche Midget A team, as well as serving as the head coach for the Junior Avalanche PeeWee B team.  Another former Seawolf, Eric brings with him many years of coaching experience.

Bryan Wild - Coach Wild brings with him a great deal of youthful enthusiasm as he continues his coaching career.  Bryan was an assistant coach with the Northstar Midget B team last season, and will be taking over the reins as head coach next year.  Bryan has also been recently named as the assistant coach for Eagle River High School.
