Rodney Wild, Ph.D. – Currently the head coach at Chugiak High School and assistant coach with the Midget A Junior Avalanche. Coach Wild, a former UAA player, has 24 years of coaching experience, and a doctorate degree in sport psychology.

Reid McDonald  – Coach Mac has 18 years of hockey school experience. A former Junior “A” coach, Reid played four seasons with the Michigan Tech Huskies of the WCHA.  Coach Mac is heavily involved in player development at the youth level, currently coaching the Mustang Mite B team, as well as administrating development programs for Mustang Hockey Association.

Eric Troisi – Coach Troisi returns for his fifth year with Maximum Performance Hockeyschools.  He is currently the coach of the Junior Avalanche Midget Minor B team, as well as the coaching director of the Alaska Junior Avalanche.  Another former Seawolf, Eric brings with him many years of coaching experience.

Bryan Wild - Coach Wild is the assistant coach at Eagle River High School, as well as head coach of the Northstar Midget B team.  This will; be Bryan's third year as an instructor at Maximum Performance.
